• Identity and contact data: name, email address, mobile number.
• Professional data: organisation, designation, city, country, areas of interest.
• Account data: your login identifier and authentication records.
• Transaction data: registration code, price, coupon used, amount paid, payment status and the transaction reference. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Participation data: chosen session slot, attendance record and certificate details.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the site secure and working.

To register you, take payment, give you access to the live session, record attendance, issue and verify certificates, send you service messages about the session, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and legal obligation.

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record and payment processor. Paddle receives the data needed to take payment, calculate tax, invoice you and handle refunds.
• Our hosting and database providers — to store the site, your account and your registration securely.
• The video-conferencing platform used to deliver the live session.
• Authorities or advisers where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

Registration and certificate records are kept for as long as your certificate needs to remain verifiable. Payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to those obligations.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to support@writtenexpressa.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Access to your data is restricted at the database level so that you can only see your own records, administrators are separately authorised, and payment card data never reaches our servers.
