This website and the webinar “AI Tools: Transforming Projects, Productivity & Daily Life” are operated by Written Expressa (“we”, “us”), an education and training provider based in India. You can reach us at support@writtenexpressa.in.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

A seat at a live online webinar delivered over a video-conferencing platform, together with the session materials and, where you meet the attendance requirement, a certificate of completion. The price shown at checkout is in Indian Rupees and includes any taxes calculated by Paddle at checkout.

You must create an account with accurate details to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your seat is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• record, re-broadcast, publish or resell any part of the session or its materials;
• share joining links, passcodes or certificates with anyone else;
• disrupt the session, harass other participants or the trainer;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its systems;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

All slides, worksheets, recordings, prompts, branding and other materials remain the property of Written Expressa. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. No other rights are granted.

Certificates are issued only to participants whose attendance is recorded for the live session and are verifiable through the certificate verification page. We may withdraw a certificate obtained through inaccurate information.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms, in particular the acceptable use rules above, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the breach is minor and capable of being fixed, we will normally contact you first.

If we have to change the date or time of a session, we will notify registered participants by email and offer either an alternative slot or a full refund.

The webinar is educational content. We do not guarantee any particular result, income or outcome from applying it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the session.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
